Does it work with audiobooks and ebooks?
Yes. Paper books and ebooks are tracked by the page, audiobooks by hours and minutes, and your daily goal counts all of them together.
Do I need to make an account?
No. BookWorm uses the Apple Account already on your iPhone, so there is nothing to sign up for.
Will my books sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Yes. Your library, reading days and goal sync through your own iCloud to every device signed in to the same Apple Account.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak starts again, and the next day is a fresh start. Reminders are calm: one at lunchtime, and a last call in the evening only when a streak is on the line.
Can I track more than one book at a time?
Yes. Every book you're reading sits on Home as a cover you can flip and update, and the reading timer works with whichever one is in your hands.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Polish, Spanish, French, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Brazilian Portuguese. You can switch inside the app at any time.
What happens to my reading data?
Your books live on your device and in your own iCloud. BookWorm collects a small amount of pseudonymous usage data to improve the app, and never your book titles or notes. The privacy policy has every detail.
Which devices does it run on?
Any iPhone or iPad running iOS 17.2 or later, with widgets on the Home Screen and Lock Screen.
